Well I'm pretty sure off the top of my head I can help you with the trans..
Do IN THIS ORDER!
Rest to default.
Move final to the right (highest setting)
Move top speed clicker to the left (lowest setting)
Now move 4th, 5th, & 6th gear clickers all the way to the right..
Bring first gear clicker all the way to the left..
LEAVE 2ND GEAR ALONE
Adjust 3rd gear so on the graph where the gear are, make 3RD gear just a tiny hair longer than 4th..
Now move your final to the left until your top speed in the top right hand corner reaches approximately 163mph..
Do as his suspension tune suggest but NO TOE OR CAMBER
Torque split 45/55
No Aerodynamic add ons except the rear diffuser
Run in automatic..
This should give you easily a 9.050 !

I think that the trans should be:
Final to 4.020
1st:2.850
2nd:2.365
3rd:1.871
And just line up the last 3 gears line up with the index slope or whatever it's called. I'm still learning about the drag trans but I'm good at drift and race tunes. And this tune seems it could get good acceleration
