Drag tuning help!!!!!

Please help! I have been playing Gran Turismo 5 for a while now and I still don't know how to tune! :grumpy: I've tried multiple times and all I do is mess up the car. I need to know how to drag tune and specifically what to mess with. I know there are plenty of post about this but none seem to help! I'm not asking for a specific tune...Just "How" to tune. I'm working with 4WD cars and I am completely stuck. I just want my car to have a good start and good acceleration to at least keep up with the others. Thanks!
