I've tried doing it myself, but I just cant manage to get it. Ill be launching out of second gear, but I have no clue what to really do with the ratios, and what it's supposed to look like. Can someone help me on how I should tune it for the 1/4 mile on the Indy Road Course?

Also, my max HP on my GT-R is 792, even after upgrading it to the max. Is that normal, or should it have more?

If you have no clue i recomend you reading these various transmission and suspension threads. Let me ask you one question, if you get a setup from somebody, and dont understand how the setup will affect the car, how can you then improve the setup if you start loosing? That is you can have the fastest setup, but if you dont understand basic theory, you wont benefit. One day you are fast, the other day all these tuners have made improvements to be even faster. Its waste of time waiting for a setup, join some drag rooms and speak with people, and read on gt5, thats it.

Then you should have bought the spec v gt-r, it has 867 at maximum hp. You also got to brake in your engine, which you can read more about if you search this forum.

Usually people just tell me to Google stuff when I join their rooms, so thats no help lol. Yeah, Ill just searched the forums more I guess. Thanks.

Google is your best friend. Don't look for tunes, because no one post them. Instead research and find out how real life drag racers tune their cars.
