Drift Advice Needed: '32 Pickup

I've a '32 Ford Pickup that I'm trying to use for drifting. It is easy enough to instigate a drift due to it's twitch handling, but a bitch to try and hold. It wants to straighten up or jump laterally (hard to explain percisely, but when during the drift it can suddenly slide out sideways and straighten up ending the drift).

What I'm curious to know is has an one else setup a '32 for drifting and have you experienced and resolved any problems?
 
I love to drift in the '32 Ford. I have tuned mine to around 350 hp with stock suspension, brakes, differential and tires. I turned off the drift stability assist and the launch control.
The setting is:
Front - two points right from the middle
Rear - one point left from the middle
Steer Response - two points right from the middle
Steer Range - one point left from the middle
Braking Drift Assist - ON
