Try this. CLK55 amg

Its good coz its normally aspirated giving a good power delivery to control the slides on the throttle.

All the power upgrades brings it to 500 ish bhp

do all the transmission upgrades apart from any form of LSD

Sports tyres.

I'm going to have a go at doing some videos, only got a Sony P12 still camera, so the video won't be brill quality but it'll do.

I'm verrry good at it.. check me out. big head:cool:

Sorry fotgot to add

put performance brakes on but not the brake balance control

and keep the suspension standard, looks better on the replays coz u can see it workin and makes the slides a lot easier to catch.

yeah i used one a while ago, use normal tires and it's a pretty great drift car.
Yeah, normals work better in that HP range. I like this drift car, but I suggest an LSD, for those who know how to adjust it. ;)

I always go with the full LSD. I like to be able to make fine adjustments.;)

Just turn on the PS2, put in GT3, go to the tune shop, go to drivetrain, find LSD, and it explains each one. ;)

LSD....hmmm I think I remember....

Oh yeah, not that....ummm:odd:
Just skip the 1, 1.5, and 2-way...go for broke with the full customized svc. mod. You can't adjust anything on the LSD if you don't have the full custom.
The actual LSD device allows both of the wheels on the drive axel to move while turning. One moves at a lesser rate than the other (usually the left wheel).
-The 1-way only gives you a limited-slip effect when you accelerate through a turn.
-The 1.5-way engages the ltd-slip when trail-breaking and accelerating through turns.
-The 2-way allows the ltd-slip to engage on full breaking and acceleration.

None of the above give ltd-slip while straight-line driving. Only having the fully adjustable ltd-slip device gives you that luxury. It comes in handy when you f-with the toe angle settings by keeping your car stable while setting up for turns.

Think of the LSD flavors this way:
the 1-way is similar to the old manual differentials found on old muscle cars. The 1.5-way is similar to what they use in NASCARs. The 2-way is a fully computer-controled device that's found on modern "high-tech" import cars like the Paasat, Subaru, or a Positrac system.

Today used sims tyres for the first time with any car, on the CLK55. wow no grip but it makes drifting so so easy. can drift all of apricot hill and trial mountain. but need to detune it 70 brake or so to make it easier to do. also put a full LSD in it and it dont really make much difference such is the lack of grip..#

Good fun though although its more of a chalange with sports tyres so i think more fun also.

well i think its easy to drift on sims with that kind of power ,cuz it wont be hard to keep the wheels spinning, unlike if you are drifting a car on sims with like 200 HP or less, then u will have alot of fun
