This is my first series in the drifting section of GTPlanet.

ROOM FORMAT

Free Run
Friends only

Grip Reduction on Wet Track/Track Edge: Real
Visible Damage: On

PP Limit: 600
Max Power Limit: No Limit
Minimum Weight: No Limit
Drivetrain: FF / FR / 4WD / MR / RR
Tyres: Comfort:Hard or less
Nitrous: Prohibited
Vehicle Tuning: No Limit

Skid Recovery Force: Prohibited
Active Steering: Prohibited
Active Stability Management (ASM): Prohibited
Driving Line: Prohibited
Traction Control: Prohibited
ABS: Available

EVENTS FORMAT

The room will open at 18:00 GMT for practice until all of the participating drivers are in the room. The judges will then pair up two random drivers for a run. This will be to compete for top 8.

The quater-finalists, or top 8, will then be paired using this format.
(Quarter-finals run 1)
Winner of run 1 - Winner of run 3
(Quarter-finals run 2)
Winner of run 2 - Winner of run 4
(Quarter-finals run 3)
Winner of run 5 - Winner of run 6
(Quater-finals run 4)
Winner of run 7 - Winner of run 8
The winners of each will then be put through to the semi-finals.

The semi-finalists, or top 4, will then be paired in this format:
Winner of quater-final run 1 - Winner of quarter-finals run 2
Winner of quarter-final run 3 - Winner of quarter-final run 4
The winners will then face off in the final.

The finalists, or top 2, will then run together to compete for the round win.

RULES & REGULATIONS

There will be 2 judges and 2 temporary judges in each round. The temporary judges will be needed when 1 or both of the judges are on track for their run.
To apply to be a judge, just simply ask!

Each driver will be scored out of 10 in each of these categories:
Line
Angle
Speed
Style
The driver with the highest score will win the run and advance to the next heat.

Any drift team or driver can enter any NON-HYBRID car, so long as it does not exceed the limit.

Limit: 600PP

All drivers must use Comfort:Hard tyres, to enable drifters to break traction easily

A specific section of each track will be used for the round. And in the section, there will be a line introduced for each drifter to follow to earn maximum points.

The line will be presented before each round.

Rooms will open 18:00 GMT and practice is open until all of the drivers have entered and fully loaded the room. All drivers are to be present by 18:30 GMT.

The trial will then begin at 18:31 GMT and last for 10 Mins. This is heat one.

All scores will be taken by host and documented.

Heat two will then begin at 18:40 GMT, this will also last for 10 Mins.

All scores will be then added onto heat 1 scores.

Heat three will then begin at 19:00 GMT, this again will last 10 Mins.

All scores will then be added onto total of heats 1 & 2.

Room will then close.

REGULATIONS

Just saying, hardly anyone drifts for points. So expect very few sign ups.

I just cant see the point in competitions anymore, they're the same, old and boring stuff...nothing changes whatsoever.

IT should be like an off-season or something like that, @1996mikey2412 check out all the competitions that people have hosted over the past 8 months...

Same judging criteria, same courses (Including when people have done it outside of comps) judges and winners..Im not saying you should not go ahead with this, but i dont know if a lot of people might be up for this. (Unless its new people)

Sorry if im coming off as a d*ck, its very hot in Aus atm and im at school doing boring ****...

AND, if this does become unsuccessful, just host a comp every week or something on the weekend

@1996mikey2412 This is looking a lot better bro, i hope this DOES become successful, i'd push it forward another week or two, depending on people having work or school. XD 👍 And seeming how its still 'Under Construction' but still, up to you.

Thanks dude :) & yeah I might push it forward a little bit, allow for more people :) & that's there because there's a couple of things still to finalise
