This weeks theme is Tandem Drift

Further explanation:
~ In this week, Swiss Legend wants to see two cars drifting. It will be a bit hard theme, do you think you can do it? ~

Cars: Any
Track: Any
Phototravel: Of course not :D

well, actually i tries this once, Picture you can see that the skyline is taken from too far down, i am going to make another one tho, also a problem was, i took the photo's on different tracks...
 
Maybe the poll is conceptual, we just cannot see it.
 
I conceptually voted for the third shot. In theory, it had the best overall composition and a great color scheme, it could have used better eye movement, and a clearer focal point. lol
 
Uh, read the thread. Swissy has to submit the top 5 in order to make ze poll. (I'm betting he's off photographing a wedding or something...)

Well, most of the time a poll thread is posted it has a poll in it, so I can understand people's surprise. :sly:

Toss up between first, and last shots for me. ^^;

I posted the thread in order people don't think it was forgotten. I had to wait for Swiss to choose 5 shots. :D 👍
 
I voted for the 4th shot by default, it is the closest entry to fit the theme. Even though the shot is a little too edgy in spots and the reflections are slightly out of sync, it's still is a pretty good shot.

Maybe I'm being too literal, but tandem refers to lengthwise (one in front of the other), not side-by-side like the majority of the entries.

Too edgy for my likings. :indiff: It was a free edit rule and that could've been removed.

Voted for the first shot.
 
Most of the shots were edited a bit too much, more than the necessary in my opinion, with the terrible results (smoke). Thus, the fifth shot did it for me.
 
I like the way the Honda smokes when in drift in the 3rd picture from the top.
 
^That's Turbo_G54B's shot. I voted for it aswell, I was a bit disappointed with the entries this week. I couldn't enter as good old Imageshack wouldn't upload my shot, but here it is, just for the hell of it.

Me too. Honestly, I didn't expected the entries to be great. But they would have been better without that horrible smoke effect in some pictures. I didn't entered because I don't have any good graphic editing software (before you people recommend me one, I can't use them, they just simply won't install in my PC), so since the beginning I knew it would be impossible for me to enter. Besides, it was a free edit competition. In the end, all the work would be in vain if someone put up a crazy edited entry.

Didn't realize how bad mine looked until it was up against some of the uneditied ones :crazy: They look great!

It is a very good entry, though, too over sharpened, though, the colours are sweet. I think in the end, I would have voted for the same I voted, the unedited with watermark fifth picture. It's so awesome, how clean, well rendered, and with a great compeosition, a unedited picture can become. And that is just something we forgot when over editing them.
 
2nd to last got my vote. Great shot, just wish it had more smoke. I expected way more from all the shots too be honest. The 1st and 5th though, were the best imo.
 
No need to be embarrassed, David48. Better enter with any shot than not to enter. 👍

My favourites were the 1st and 5th shots. I decided to vote for the 1st, because it has got something special to it.
