Nice theme Swiss. I have to work on this one. Hopefully this time I'll beat you. :D

riiiight! that volvo van, car thingy. oh i think they are called a station wagon, but they the way the back opens awfully like the hatchbacks! sorry mate. I had little sugar rush there.

meh. it's probably time to use the HPA R32 with a VCD. as close to a RWD hatch that I'd wanna drive as it gets, i s'pose.

Non-Japanese, non-FF hatches:
- Audi A3, S3
- BMW 120i/d, M Coupe
- Ford Focus rally
- Lancia Delta HF/HF rally/S4 rally
- Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 rally/206 rally
- Renault Clio V6s

... I'll probably go with a Clio.

the Clio is fugly.

maybe a Bimmer....although they're no nice thing to check out either.

LOL Mk1 Golf. I'll drift it somehow!

as mentioned in the 2.0 comp, i may have to withdraw from this. it's a shame, because i had a really good replay of the mk1 golf saved.

Nope. My 2.0 Competition photo that didn't meet the requirements (car too old) was a 5 Maxi Turbo.

Also, could you please upload your pictures with a larger size? I can't see any of the detail from the picture. I don't know whether your shot is good (though it initially looks better then you've done before.)

Also, Peter - beautiful shot. Where's the opposite lock?

Took the shot too early:ouch:

I'll try again...

EDIT: New photo in original post.

any more entries?
mine will follow shortly.

And just to let you all know...
This competition will cease after week 36...
That can of course change if there is a spike in entries, or if everyone still finds this interesting enough.
I'm thinking that all we really need is 2.0, un-edit, and PMC.

I'll take a few cars out real quick and see what I can come up with.

*EDIT* - Final Entry

That was a pain to drift, even on N2's. I think I gave it too much power (I recovered perfectly from that spin-out, too!).

i can upload the pics in a bigger size, but the car being to old? explain

Nope. But I have posted this shot "edited in my gallery"
All I did to this one is brightness/ contrast. That's why I picked this one, very little needed to be done. Here's my edited HPA shot with car cleanup. ( I hope you can tell the difference as well as I can.

btw cyborgGT: Awesome composition bro, I love the essence of drift that shot has.

Just wondering, can I call the Alpine A310 (iirc) a hatchback? It appears so, but I'd like to check first. I've got a really cool drift shot and I want to use it.

~Final Entry~

God, I did all that formatting without opening up the advanced editing screen. Perfect 1st try.

By that logic, the V6 Clio is also not a hatch. It has a mid engine and no significant cargo space except for in the front (okay, it does have a small net behind the seats >_>).
