Hi, I am now trying to learn drifting on GT5P.

I have a M3, the problem with this is overstearing. I have tried some tunes from the racing forums, but only makes it worse.. Some of you can help me?

I olso have RX7 and BNR34 would have been nice witch drift setups for these cars to :) Thanks for replyes

I have found a setup that works verry vell on my Ferrari F430:
power : 0
weight to : 0, -25
n3 on both
low as posible
spring rate : 4, 6
damper: 6, 6
camber angle: 2.5, 2.5
brake balance: 3, 5
max turning angle: 47
tc: off
abs: off

toe
+0.10 front
-0.30 rear

I have a generic setup that I use on all cars that seems to work very well.

Power: Go for a flat torque curve.
Weight: I run stock, but it's up to you.
Aero(when applicable): Stock on the front, the least amount possible on the rear

Ride height: 5 clicks above slammed
Spring rate: Stock (only change if the car has horrible handling charcterestics under heavy braking, keep equal numbers)
Dampers: 2 clicks higher then stock
Toe: NEVER change toe settings. Leave at 0.
Camber: 1.8 in the front. .6-1.0 on the rear. Start at .8 and see how it feels. If it understeers, lower rear toe. If it oversteers to much, add rear toe.
Brakes: 4 front, 6 rear.

Turning Angle: 50
TCS: Off
ABS: 2

Gearing: Lengthen first then keep the rest nice and short.

From memory here's my settings for the M3.

circa 460bhp
Lowest weight possible
N1 N1
Ride Height. -20 -15
Springs 8, 6
Damper 7, 5
Toe F -0.15 R +0.05
Camber 1.8, 0.8
Brakes 2, 6
All AIDS off.
Turning angle 40

Gears I leave and pull the final drive in so it tops out around 175/180. Adjust to suit each track eg Suzuka 1st corner 4th gear entry circa 95mph downchanging to 3rd for me before the 2nd Apex.

These are the cars that I found best for drifting:
ER34 (GT drifting mod) whit these specs:
power : -5
weight: 85
n3 on both
Ride hight: -15 -10
spring rate : 3, 3
damper: 7, 7
toe: +0.10 +.30
camber angle: 1.5 0.8
brake balance: 2, 6
max turning angle: 50
tc: off
abs: off

And I use the Ferrari F430 whitch I dont have eny good specs for...

Some help with my setup here? Dont feel quite max whith the skyline, could need some helt with the gears :)
