Welcome to round 5!
Pick your favorite European GR3 car and bring it to the Fuji Speedway.

Deadline is Sunday September 8, 23:59 at your location.

Save your best score replay and share it with tag gtpwdt05.

Sidenote: Anyone should feel free and would be very welcome to resurrect previous rounds by adding new scores even if they missed the deadline.. Maybe think about strict rules later if we get more entrants..

Just seeing the hidden video in your post now! awesome contribution thank you. Ive also been trying a lot of them and I can't top my M3 score with any of them so far, though most come very close. I am not sure if that was a lucky pick or a lucky run, I will have to try the M3 again.

Ive now watched the video, the ranking was fairly consistent with my own experience. It looks like I need to run the Porsche again though.

near the top so far I have Aston Martin, Jaguar, MacLaren, M3 and Z4, Ferrari and Lamborghini. If someone needs a tune go to my channel link in my signature. And feel free to ask.

Change to try previous challenges again sounds cool because I didn't have time to test my own combo. And also damn these gr.3 cars are tricky to control first, so much power and downforce and so little weight compared to normal cars

That looked very nice. I wonder what scores you got on each. Looks like you got a bit wide too soon at the end, that must have lost a good amount.
 
Incidentally, in all of the cars I ran except the Ferrari I ran stock settings, save for some tweaks to the transmission.

If anyone needs a Ferrari tune, here's what I ran.

Power Ratio: 109%
Weight Reduction Ratio: 94%
Traction Control: 0
Tires: CH / CH
Brake Balance: -2
Ride Height: 2.72in / 2.56in (69mm / 65mm)
Natural Frequency: 2.78Hz / 2.60Hz
Anti-Roll Bars: 2 / 1
Damping Ratio (Compression): 57% / 57%
Damping Ratio (Rebound): 83% / 83%
Negative Camber Angle: 3.0 Degrees / 3.0 Degrees
Toe Angle: Out 1.00 / In 1.00
Downforce: 400 / 800
LSD Initial Torque: 60
LSD Acceleration Sensitivity: 5
LSD Braking Sensitivity: 16

Transmission:
Top Speed (Auto Set): 168mph / 270kmh

1st: 3.138
2nd: 2.294
3rd: 1.800
4th: 1.478
5th: 1.271
6th: 1.145
Final: 3.449

You could try adjusting your final gear to 4.700 and do it all in 6th gear.

Yep your 2 section scores look pretty solid.

Another thing to consider apart from the line is to find the right gear ratio that scores the most. For me it seems to work best when I use a 6th that maxes out at 223kmh. For most car the only thing I had to do was set final gear to minimum, then top speed to max, then final gear to 3.750. This usually gives a nice 5th gear too in case you need it.

And by the way guys, I think the M3 is really the best here, Ive tried almost all of the Gr3 cars, not one other car made it above 19k.

I feel your pain, i would describe myself as an OK drifter, but getting the scores some of you guys get, uhm nah. lol
