here's a screenshot of it... it's nowhere near being done yet, it looks kinda small in the pic, but it's gunna be much more complex when it's done (but still easy to use :))

pic of the main page.

Update. ok unfortunately, for the first release I won't be able to inclus every single car in gt3 as it will take too long for just the beta test.

so my question for all of you is:
What cars would you like to see included in the gt3 Drifting tuner? (try too list 20 cars)

I will select the 20 most popular cars for the beta.
thank you.

Update.
First Version of the gt3 will be released on the Nov. 22nd weekend. Excact day and time will be posted asap.

Looks good... I would use it to record my own settings... You should add an ability to compare with other peoples settings so you can see differences in the settings fast and easy... what do you think???

you will be able to do that if you wish... but you would need to share your settings with others for them to record them into it.

here's something I've quoted in a different thread
it will, it will include... hmmm i guess you could say "Instuctions" on how to get the most use of the settings... so people that don't know how to drift, can select there favorite car on the list, and copy down the settings... blah blach etc, etc...

even if you are a great drifter and you allready know your ****, then you can still use this program to save your own settings, click on the car you want to edit, and imput the new settings, and save them.

I'll post a beta sreenshot, it probably won't look anything like it when it is done tho...

thanks for the kind offer, I'm sure i may need some help along the way, but as of now, Im good, thank you.

p.s. your drifting video doesn't seem to work, it loads and everything, but when the "maximum drift" title pops up, it stays up, the music keeps playing, but I don't see any drifting, only the title.

do you have any idea when this program will be done? i could really use something like this, oh and what will the point be wiull it make settings for you or will you need to make them yourself?

I was going to do something similar in ASP.NET so it would be like a combination of your program and the drift settings depot. Have you considered using a database back-end so that people can share settings more easily? Then you could also do stuff like have people rate settings and have a "Top 10" and such.

It looks great respekt. I also agree with bengee about the settings comparison feature. When is it going to be done? ;)

I'm not too sure about the data base Idea, meaning like, hook it up online? that's a little complicated, and I don't want to get too into it just yet.
it will be doen within a few weeks (1 or 2) I can't set a release date just yet because I really don't know when it will be done. however I can tell you then I work on it everyday in my computer programing class... so it's getting closer and closer every day.

Each settings of each car should have its video of how it is like if you drift with that settings, (just thinking) plus showing you how to use it.

I think this is a little far fetched, especially since drifting depends more on the person than the settings.;)

yea, that's pushing it....
the program would be a massive download as well if I were to add a video of every car. Definately won't happen. and if you were to use this program to save you own settings, those vedoes would be useless.

good idea, but too far fetched (like that guy said).

well me and a few friends tried that idea out on one of our existing programs and it was nice but we only did one car the Supra. and it took us 2 long days to get every setting in a small video preview(very hard work) * heres the bad part* i cant show you guys what the program loks liek or what we did because of copyright iisue and stuff but maybe we can arrange a sneek peak!

Ehhh does it really matter what is int eh beta version... eventually you will complete it with every car correct

well yes, because the first release will include these cars... and everyone will get to use the first release(beta). Then, once everyone has reported any bugs or errors, I can make the full version of the program and include almost every single car. so until the final version is released, I think it would be a good idea to have fewer cars, and in this case, the most popular ones used.
