Driver’s licence level 8 doesn’t load

Hi,

When playing to get all driver’s licenses the game does’t load When i want to start level 1-8. It Just keeps showing the small loading icon And the disc starts making weird noises.

Is this a problem with the game/disc or a hardware problem in the ps4?

This may sound weird, but try tapping lightly on top of the PS4 while the game loads. Some times when I put in a movie or game it just spins and makes noise. If I eject and start over while lightly tapping it will load every time. Maybe a a dirty laser or something out of adjustment but I'm not tearing my PS4 apart to find out.
