Driving at night on Nurburgring Nordschleife!

I am sorry if this has been covered before, I checked threads but couldn't get the answer I need.

I'm level 30 A spec just now. How do I fire up the game to either practice or go into Arcade mode and simply drive and do laps in the pitch black on the ring. Can this be done. Or do you need to go online and do it or start the 24hr endurance race.

I wanted to just drive on the ring in the pitch black. Saw it on a YouTube vid and it looked so cool.

This may be stupid, but can someone enlighten me, thanks.
 
It's online only. You can either create a room online or go to My Lounge in the Community Tab.
 
I use My Lounge for all my tuning and practicing instead of Practice or Arcade because you can customize pretty much everything.
If you choose Nurburgring Nordschleife/change time as your track, you can change the time to night and the time progression to 1 and that should give you lots of time to run the Nord in the dark. :)

If Kaz'n'crew are reading this... please can we set time/weather options in our Practice sessions? Thank you :D
