Mars Volta - Empty Vessels Make the Loudest Sound. After the 10 second weird intro it becomes my favourite night driving song. No further explantion needed, just hear it the chorus on 1.00. Good for a slow cruise.
The main title theme to the movie Drive. Another fantastic song for cruising alone.
A pretty obvious choice I would imagine. I'm fairly sure it's straight up impossible not to put your foot down when this comes on.
