Driving force gt Ra dial

I loaded up gt5 today after a few days away. First thing I went to do was the seasonal events. Normally I just load up the event and use the ra dial on the wheel to turn off traction control. However the option to adjust the traction control via the ra dial is not there anymore. The traction control shows what level it is set at but I cant adjust, just like the central diff setting on a rwd/fwd car.

Any reason why this has occurred? Any fix?
