Driving school mission 29 bug

Hi
I have a problem. Seems that I can't achieve gold in one of the driving school missions. Mission 29. Time for gold is 18 sec. My current time is 17.704. Every time I achieve time below 18sec time I get whole animation of receiving gold but game does now acknowledge that. See the attached photo.
