Driving Views?

How are the driving views in Enthusia? I am used to PC sims with their in-car views and I am considering buying Enthusia for my PS2.

I know that there is a third-person view and I can't stand these.

I have seen videos for the bumber cam, How is this view? I have tried this one on other games and I have found it impossible to judge the distance between me and other cars while racing.

It would be great if Enthusia had some type of in-car/hood view or something, but I haven't seen any screen shots so I am guessing that it does not have one.

So, how to people like the view in Enthusia?

Thanks

The in car view works fine for me. No hood view tho.

It isn't quite a bumper cam, but in some cars it seems a bit lower than drivers eye level.

It's also scooted back appropriately.

When your nose is right up to a wall, drifting, you can see in the replays by switching the camera angles that there is a hood accounted for.

The "bumper" cam in Enthusia is easy enough to get used to. I can drive perfectly with the DS2, but the DFP is a little awkward...I've been spoiled by Live for Speed, so the lack of a dashboard and a-pillar that move according to g-forces is a little disorientating.

Are you mad? Are you human? How can you drive with DS2? There is absolutely no precision! Dude, you are just aberrantly fast... :indiff:

I dunno, Rotary_freq and I are just too lazy to drive with the DFP...the DFP takes time to set up, and we prefer to just "pick up and drift," so to speak. Not to mention that my TV setup makes it impossible to use the DFP properly, so we have to play the game through my PC monitor, which hurts the video quality and framerate. :indiff:

As for the "fast" comment, thanks, :) but I'm still not as fast as you guys are... :scared:
