Dry or rain?

Hello community,

Sometimes when i start a race in career mode on Monza or Suzuki i see a little icon in the top left with a percentage for 0-100%. I always thought this was the weather condition, being 100% heavy rain.

But it doesn't really matter, whether it is 0 or 100%, in my perception it is randomly dry and rainy.

My question is; can you before starting a race see the weather conditions?

The percentage means how wet the surface is, you can change them.
