DSL under $25/mo.

Anybody know any DSL companys that offer DSL under $25/mo.? I know they offer SBC Yahoo for $20 but I need more choices.

Basically, there is nothing except that and that is for 1 year. The closest thing is Verizon, which keeps it at a constant $30/month without taxes.

If anyone wants cheap dsl in the uk there are the following:

1) Tiscali (wihch i am using) starts at 15 pounds a month for unlimited 256k and limited 1mb
2)Wanadoo (17 quid a month for limited 1mb or unlimited 256k
3)Talk talk (14 pounds a month for 1 mb unlimited) you must sign up to their phone package first though.
