Anytime I need some quick credits to buy a car I need for a WRS race or a One-Make series I want to run, I run the DTM series in the bone stock CLK Touring Car. It's like taking candy from a baby. 893,749 quick credits. Each time I've done this I've managed to improve on some of my best lap times. I figured I'd see if other people were willing to post some times to possibly give me something to shoot for next time.
Rules:
- Cars: Any car eligible for the DTM series.
- Tuning: Bone stock the way it comes new, with no upgrades. Suspension, Trans, Driving Aids, etc. adjusted to your liking.
- Tires: Racing Medium R3s.
- Replays: Not required, but feel free to post yours if someone is interested, or if you just feel like it.
FWIW, I run all the races with the same gearing, just to save some time. I also don't run Qualifying, except for the Nurburgring round since it's only 1 lap & The Ring is the reason I bought PS2 in the first place so I'm always up for a couple more laps.
If anyone is willing to participate, I'll maintain a leaderboard in this first post.
