I saw a guy once in gt3 get like 21 laps out of a set of r3/r3 in a f090/s at rome or something like that, I simply cannot drive well on reds ....

Del, you ran r5/r5 for 3 laps and then r3/r3 for 9 laps twice? r3/r3 only can last 7 for me and if I run red all around i spin out or hit walls.

While your in the AUDI A4 Arora , Del is using the AUDI TT and it certainly does get 9 laps at Monaco on R3's .. braking early and/or using the 'engine brake' when possible ; gives you better tyre life .

Really? I drive the exact same car you are driving in GTPLMS and I couldn't get the same tyre wear.

Indeed different cars del, I was not emplying that you guys did not do as you said, rather simply that I cannot do it.

Ah, early braking and downshift at the right time must help for sure, I get carried away with it and end up braking late and slaming the gears sometimes.
