I am guessing I know the answer, but here goes. So far I have bought all 3 sets of dlc cars. Last night I was going through the new car dealership, and I noticed all the cars are available for purchase. Are these cars in the dealership because I bought the dlc sets, or are they available to everyone? Or are they available to everyone after a certain amount of time?

Although, everyone can see them in the NCD, they are only available to buy if you bought the DLC that is associated with them. 👍

I can see the cars from DLC Car Pack #3 in the NCD, but cannot purchase them yet, as I have not purchased the new pack yet. ;)

They will appear in the NCD, however if you have not purchased DLC you cannot buy them. It's nice to be able to buy them again and tune each one differently.

Thanks. That was my suspicion, but now I feel more special.

I have been hanging onto some of the cars in ticket form. Now I won't feel bad about driving them.
