I just got this Level 23 ticket out of a trade, but then I realized I already had all the cars on this level. So, I duped it, and I'm willing to trade it every night as long as the price is right. As you probably know, the trading reset time is 8 PM (Eastern Time), so that's around the time I'll gift it.
 
Gold and silver chrome and/or matte paints?

Do u have a Nardo Concept, X1 Prototype, X2010 Vettel, or Muira? There's a new glitch that lets u get someone's car by borrowing it and deleting all patches. Also, can u just tell me some other cool cars u have?

I have the Nardo Concept and two x2010 Vettels, I've got no idea how to do it, well, you'd be deleting your stuff anyways, right?

No. Here's how it works. https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=217155. Plus, I've got my save backed up in case something goes horribly wrong. All u have to do is make ur best Vettel and ur Nardo available to borrow online, and the level 23 ticket is urs. Nothing can go wrong on ur part.
 
And you'll still have the cars in the same condition
