i just heard that a man who admitted murdering his neighbor , and chopping up the body afterwards, just got found not guilty in a US court ! He seemingly admitted in the court that he done it but still got away with it???

There is just no happiness.

That case is a regular occurance here in my S-hole. In fact, you get a stiffer jail sentence for money laundering then for child-rape in most cases. Go figure. Hope that judge can sleep at night.

As explained in the court documents, it was not murder. It was an accident and in self defense. The person who was killed had entered the home illegally and threatened the home owner with a gun. They struggled over the weapon and the intruder was killed in the tussle.

The homeowner in a serious state of confusion disposed of the body.

Seems plausible and with supporting testimony, yes, the jury did find him not-guilty. Of course he still has a few more trials to get through.

I don't buy it. Durst's own brother went on the record and said "I can't believe the jury let a mad man go free. He will kill again."

His brother could of made the above statement because he was embarassed of his cross-dressing sibling. Or a thousand other reasons, but there's probably some truth in what he said.

Oh well, just another cross-dressing texas chainsaw massacre nut case on the loose. What's new?
