What is with this car ? rated as a race beater in it's era but drives like a female dog . I just bought one, upgraded it to the best spec and tried to drive it..
I found it sadly lacking in handling and braking .. I test on (Rome, European Championship,Extreme level and got 1.12.791 and Deep Forest 1.22.073 ) This is way below par for this BHP and era of car for my driving style .. Does anyone have a tune for it ?

I have to say so far in my GT5 game this car has given me the most pleasure of dis-pleasure .. 2nd comes the Nomad Diablo .. just can't get to grips with that one the same way it can't get to grips with the tarmac. ! The E-type is doing the same !

As i child i always wanted to drive an E-Type .. Humm i still do !!!! .
 
Ah, the definitive sportscar of its generation... which can now be outclassed on most roads by an economy hatchback.

You gotta love progress :D
 
Yes true , but still leaves the question of how .. back then did they keep it on the road to such a degree to win against decent opposition as even on Deep Forest against modern cars you can smash a few times and still win , doubt you could in a real race. Would love a tune to control it and make it stable to drive at speed and brake /turn with control.? I learnt to disregard the basic when driving this one dont brake when you should , throttle when you shouldn't etc !
