Hi all,

first post in this forum and I figured I would share a track nobody asked for, because why not:dopey:

Coming from Grand Prix Legends, which I raced from 1998 to 2010, there are a couple of more or less obscure tracks that I loved, and East London was always one of them. As I'm learning to use the TPE, I thought it was a good starting point. It's a very simple track, very flat and featureless (just watch a couple of onboard laps on Youtube and see for yourself, there's not much around the track), but I always liked racing there for some reason.

East London

So here it is in GT6 (although it moved from South Africa to Germany apparently), I tried to be as accurate recreating it as possible but I must have failed with the scale I put on the jpg I used because it's 4.0km long when it should have been 3.9. Well, let's just say I like so much I added 100m to it.:D (I need to learn how to use kml files...)

It sure looks bland but as I said, the real track frankly is, and the TPE doesn't allow the kind of scenery needed for a south african track on Eifel.

Hopefully I didn't screw up too much and posted this in the right section.

Grenzlandring

Grenzlandring is another classic GPL track recreated from a real track used between 1948 and 1952 in Germany. It's basically just a very big 9km long tri-oval (8.85km in GT6, damn scale again) and could be good for some Nascar racing, I guess.

Fantasy Tracks

There are also a couple of fantasy tracks on my page, feel free to give them a try if you want!

Bye :)
