I'm wondering of a good way to get some easy money. I'm not trying to be cheap, but having to pour money into useless cars (eg. the Vitz), to get my B-Spec driver to win kind of sucks.

I also just dropped 50,000 into my '69 Camaro, it has 180hp more than any other car in the World Classic Championship, and it gets dusted. So I kind of wasted money on that.

On a related note, after I use a car for whatever it was needed for, can I sell it for added value with all the upgrades I dumped into it?

The special events are unbelievably good money early on, karting especially. Yeah, B-Spec is expensive, but it pays off massively with cars like the Furai, Zonda R and Toyota 7, and it can be a good way to make money if you can't be bothered or are too busy to race yourself.

And I think the car's value does go up but not by a lot, you may be better off trading it with someone else for some parts or another car or something. I've only ever sold the Kübelwagen because I needed quick money for a used car purchase, plus it's useless anyway, I've kept everything else because there's no point selling them, really.

I've been doing the supercar challenge at Daytona in the professional series. You just have to make left turns and you can get ~$17k every 2 minutes for winning. I just use my 750 hp GT-R 500 stealth model and win easy every time, sometimes I even lap people.

Haha. The Kubelwagen is the only car I've sold so far also. My garage is at 140-150, somewhere in between there. That 1000 car trophy blows.

OP, I race modded the '69 z28 and then fully upgraded it and had no problems with Classic Car or Historic or whatever it is called in the Extreme series. Just a thought...

I'm up to 190 now, but the game has only been out a week, we have time...

Once you get into the level 20+ events, easy money just happens, this morning I had 800cr and now I have 1,100,000cr without any grinding at all! To be fair I did start off with the last stage of the NASCAR special event which got me 300,000+, though.

And yeah, the Z28 is a great car as long as you put the custom transmission in, the standard gearing is terrible and the close ratio 5 speed... I think it tops out at 140? Can't remember.

A lot of cars in this game are terrible unless you do at least a few mods to them. I just reached level 28 and I'm still not over 150 cars. On a brighter note though, I finally got all gold for the licenses!

I found a fun race for my B-Spec drivers. Supercar festival at Daytona or MR Sports/Turbo Cup at HSR. 10 laps and my lvl 0 b-spec driver in a Sauber managed constant 75 sec lap times.

The best money / time spent is easily the Extreme - American Championship - Indianapolis Motor Speedway race. You can make 98,000 every 4 minute race. If you can't do this race yet, I would suggest you do the special events and after that come back to the A-Spec and find a race you are good at that's the highest level possible.
