Ebay "Free Electronics" Items

I cant saw whether this is legit or not, but my philosophy is that if an offer sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

Unless you want a 75% return on your money in the stock market. Then just phone me.

There's about a 10% chance it actually works, and even less of a chance that it's legal. The only stuff I've heard about these things is you claim you're a store or something and want a free display model, or some crap. Most companies have caught onto the scheme and require some kind of verification.

Besides, if it actually worked, I'd probably be in on it.
 
well:

a) Whilst he continually mentions this "program", he never actually elaborates what it is.

b) He says dont email him questions (why, something to hide....?)

c) The system would never work. Who ever heard of free electronics, no strings attached?
 
ok i got it.. i didnt buy it.. but i cant tell you where i got it or ill get banned.. its a bunch of BULL**** trying to scam a company for a test -_-

That's like any ordinary scam I have seen. "Try this, try that!" Screw it, do it the hard way, because atleast you know it works.
 
First it is a "Bunch of BS", now it "works".

It's usually a pyrmaid scam, ie, you buy a phone antannae thingy for about $50 and then you sign up for a "free item", but if you're second in line, 40 people have to sign up before you got say, a free ipod. It's a big scam.
 
and what about those kits that say you can turn any Tv into a 150" projector....does that work???? its only like 10 bucks.........:confused:
 
They DO work.

But you're required to take apart a TV, build a plywood box around it, slap a fresnel lens on it and use it as a projector - meaning that for a 150" screen you need to position a 21" TV something like 30 feet away... :D

Actually my neighbour used to work for Sony, and I think he was connected to the production line. I might ask a favour.
