Looks like it's a link to a picture that's been "shared", like you can share cars and drivers within the game you can also share photos. This uploads them to your user profile on the official GT5 website but I believe you have to be PSN friends with someone to view their GT5 profile through the website and in this case any shared photos.

Guessing wont be necessary, 'tis an opportunity to show your skills with a set picture - don't feel restricted, and be inspired.
The idea came from the 'commercial looking-like pictures' (https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=154760),
so feel free to work within other art styles and mindsets.

I don't see the "competition" aspect of this. It's just a game to let play edit a photo, unless OP stops the photos and puts up a poll later on.

Yeah. I really wondered, that there is are competitions, where no or just a bit post processing is allowed, but no competitions for heavy edit.

Best would be to stop the post at one point and add a poll.
