Effects of Suspension ajustment

Any know where i can find out what each different setting is going to do so i can dial in my cars. Right now every thing I've been reading is to damn general looking for something like:

increasing front bound does this "?????????"
decreasing frount bound does this"?????????"
springhieght shound be ????? percentage of stabilizer settings
ride hieght of ??mm is compatible with this range of other settings?????

or better yet GT4 tuning for DUMMIES

I have to ask - did you even look at the top of this board? That's pretty damn detailed.

high spring=bouncing all over the place, low-spring=more body roll(but more stability over bumps)

bound is simply the shock collapsing from a bump in the road, using a lower setting gets rid of some stability issues

rebound is the chock expanding after taking the bump, a stiffer setting than the bound here is better or the springs with make the car bounce forever.

shock values need to be in tune with the spring value, so 10lb springs i would usually use 6bound and 8rebound, for 5lb springs i would use 2bound and 4 rebound

camber varies, so just guestimate using spring rate, stabilizer settings, and vehicle weight. use the amuse honda s2000 as a baseline for this (stock setup).

stabilizers i always put on seven, less body roll=higher cornering speeds.

PS. look around the forum, theres a lot of random info lying around.
