This is simply a time trial with restrictions. There will be no online matches because of the internet issues I have.This is for those that have the same problem as me.

Rules

• The car you use can not be worth more than 100,000 credits
• You can not spend more than 100,000 credits on parts
• You may not use racing tires
• The tuned car can not go over 500 hp and 550 pp
• you must post your best time with a picture as proof

There will be more rules as I think of them. As I make a new rule, I will add it to the list.
The whole thread is a work in progress, so if I am missing anything in this post please tell me by giving me a PM.
