emotiva amps for home theater?

Have any of you tried the emotiva amps. They seem like a really good deal on an amp, especially for the power you get.
Just wondered if any of you have them, or have heard them. The reviews I have read, have nothing bad whatsoever in them. They sound to good to be true.
I need an unbiased opinion.
