Emulation in Sony products.

So, firstly, hi! I've seen this forum for awhile now and I think its very good and interesting

Now the question. In the rules of the forum, you can't talk about the game emulation. OK with that, but, is it only for PC (ePSXe, etc), or is it also for the PS2/PS3/PSP? You may say it's all the same but it's not! Because in PS's there's an official emulator by SONY (the POPS), so technically it isn't illegal, isn't it? (Note that I'm talking for games downloaded in PStore, and not piraced) Also, the fact that they are available at PStore for download only makes it "more" legal, right? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Your wrong and its not a topic open for debate, POPs is not a product that Sony have publicly released and as such its use and discussion of it is an AUP violation.

The AUP is quite clear on this subject and any posts that violate it will be deleted and action taken against anyone staring such a thread.
