Endurance midrace-save feature bug?

Hey dudes, i've heard alot of people talking about the bug with the a spec endurance saves. But i didnt think it would be that bad. Today i started the 9h tsubuka and after 4 hours i wanted a brake. So i turned of the system and went to the gym. When i came home back later and turned my PS3 on it just started driving autopilot like a b spec driver. I thought like well fair enough if it want to finish off the whole thing like that. But the problem is that it wont pit or anything no matter the amount of fuel. Even if its empty.

So do i have to start over the entire race and i've just wasted 4 hours of GT racing or is there anything to do?

Gotta restart mate, on Tsukuba ya gotta leave it on pause when not racing or ya run the risk of the glitch :(
 
sad... sad.... Tsubuka is the most boring track ever made in history... every minute spend is a pain... and 4 hours wasted is just like... Never gonna do this endurance again..

Agreed... I like the track but 9 hours of it? that's ridonkulous!
 
Wont it never pit? it got no fuel at all left :/

I don't think so... when it happened to me my car spent 10 min trying to drive through the straight wall to get at the pits so mine wanted to but couldn't haha
 
Mine didnt, it got bumped on to the track by some other car and then i just drove like a normal b spec driver.. just untill it hitted the fuel limiter...
