Endurance Race Question For GT-3

If you do the Super Speedway track for the Endurance races once, get in first can you race twice and get in first, get the $200,000, and get the car or do you just get the money and not another car?

If you mean....."Can I race the Super Speedway Endurance more than once and still get the $200,000 and a Prize car?"
The answer is yes. There are 4 different prize cars for the Super Speedway endurance. You can race 4 different times and get 4 different cars(if you are lucky enough to get a different car each time you win.)

and everytime you finish first, you will get the inital 200,000 credits

if you finish first every time you race any Endurance Races you will always get the prize money and another prize car. sometimes though, you get the same prize car twice. you can sell the other one and earn more money!
