Endurance race safe?

im currently tackling endurance level on b-spec. one question: is running my ps3 for 24 hour safe? i dun wanna come home and find my ps3 just melted or something. thx

Sure it is, make sure ventilation is good. If it overheats, it will shutdown.

It'll be fine. I've had mine running for a longer time than I can remember in central China heat. I use a laptop fan to cool it and make sure it has lots of space around for the heat of escape.

Just wrap the PS3 in a blanket so it doesn't get cold.. Wait. Do the opposite.

Seriously, though, some people on here almost never turn their PS3s off.
