i did some searching and couldnt find too much information, i have been trying alot of tunes on here, and find they cause alot of tire wear, what adjustments can i try making to help make the tune better for a long race? specifically i am trying to tune the puegot 908, however any general tips would be greatly appreciated as it isnt the only car id like to do this with

Stay on racing hard, not too much downforce,as that produces more grip, thereby reducing how long the tires last. :)

I find downforce helps with tire wear so long as the car remains balanced. Downforce keeps the car planted and the car stuck to the track which is what you want to reduce tire wear. Keys to tire wear are three things - balance, balance and balance. Balance in your set up so the car does not over or understeer creating even tire wear. Balance in your driving so you do not overdrive the car because, tire squeal = tire wear. Smooth in and smooth out. The more erratic you are the more the tires wear. I like softer brakes like 1/1, 1/2 etc.

Although I don't believe it has much effect, I still use pretty low camber and toe values in longer races.

racing hard would do and use traction control to make sure your dosnt go sideways and lightweigh everything you can
