endurance saves....pathetic

i have tried now for at least 15 times to race the tsukuba 9 hour race using the save funtion and it hasnt saved once as it should... ive allways returned with no control of the driver...ive tried all of the suggestions mentioned on the forums... saving on different parts of the pit lane to entering the pit lane at low speeds none of which have any effect....do pd test these ideas before they put them out I DONT THINK SO its a shambolic effort worthy of a monkey

:lol: it's not funny after hours of racing, but your comment made me smile.

FWIW, I had no issues in the GV300 the other day.

Dude, only do it if you have a lot of spare time.
 
Wierd, I've ran the 4hrs Mazda Roadster and just finished the 9hr endurance race at Tsukuba earlier today using the suspend race option with no issues. This was suppose to be "fixed" with v2.01, did you install the update yet?
 
Currently in the Nurburgring 4 hour race and have used the save feature 5 times without issue.
 
And thats the only problem?

A bigger problem would be the fact you have to pit to save.

Totally agree, if your in a proper "fight" you cannot just pit to close the ps3...
Besides it resets your car to a brand new shiny car after returning :(

Not only a shiny car but if you use BMG, every time to enter a suspended race, the random music is repeated in exactly the same order. But that said, I'm 2 hrs into 9hr Tsukuba....so far so good. I just make sure I am below 50mph before the pit entry.👍
