What happens if you don't go to the pit stop during an endurance race?

Nothing. Your tyres keep on getting worse to a point, then they just stay at that point for ever.

I used to wonder if I keep on driving with the tyres red, would they eventually explode? Never happened, sadly

Well I was referring to when the tyres are all completely red, and they are at their lowest grip condition already. I used to expect a tyre blow-out of some sort, but they just stayed at that grip level forever

but the strange thing about this race is that you get 1st or 6th place doesn'nt matter: you aware gold trophy and prize car

Hmm. Maybe I never came sixth. But I definitely didn't get the prize car for coming 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th. It seems unlikely you get the prize car for coming sixth.
