Engine/drivetrain swaps

This is something I loved on Forza Motorsport; the fact you could start with E.g. base R34 Skyline V-Spec II (4wd), and put a different engine into it (say an R-390 GT1 engine). And instead of keeping the car as 4wd, you could swap the drivetrain in and change the differential to make it rwd.

There has to be some limitations on this.. Like you can't give a Fiat 500 or a Citroen 2CV an engine that can't slot into the same engine bay.. And you can't make your Light Rocket 4wd.

But wouldn't you want to put a Ferrari FXX engine into a 599gtb?

Imagine what you could do with this.....
