Engine Failure?

Something really weird happened when I was playing last night... it was @ MR Cup (A National) event in Apricot Hill... it happened 3 times, my car acceleration started to fail... similar to what happened when you crashed your car in GT5 with mechanical damage...

The car already have some miles on it (around 200mi)


Anyone experienced something similar or it's just my 3 year old DS3 giving up?

There's a throttle indicator on the front bumper view. To check on your DS3. :)
 
I had problems with my DS3 and GT5 but now on GT6, same controller, same console it works fine.
