Engine rebuild

I know I'm going to get flames about using the search bar and I did but I'm only finding articles that were on months ago. Anyway how often should I do a rebuild and when I buy a used car that has 30k miles should I rebuild it?

Eh. Depends on:

1. how much it's gonna cost (varies by the sticker price of the car), and

2. if you feel it's worth it.

I probably wouldn't rebuild an engine with only 30k on it.

Idk.. an engine rebuild on a standard car is pretty cheap in my opinion. I think you might as well go for it.

They are months old because that's how long ago we figured how it worked. The answers don't change.
