Engine sound (inside/outside car view)

The other day I was using the external view, (hood & chase) for a bit and the engine sounds are so much more pronounced than the in car sounds. Is there a way to have the bumper view with the external engine sounds? That would be pretty nice...

There is no way to change that sorry.
 
It seems that by engine sounds you really mean exhaust sounds. The engine sounds are what cause all the consternation, and are prominent in the interior views. GT's cars are generally also missing intake sound.

Unfortunately, there is no real way to favour the exhaust sounds in interior view without messing with surround channels and missing half the information.
