I was really looking forward to GT4 when I was playing GT3. One reason, was because I wanted more muscle cars in the game. There are more muscle cars in the game, but they still havent improved on the sound. Only some muscle cars sound like they should - deep tone. My Camaro sounds like a vacuum! When you buy a new exhaust, instead of being loud, and V8 sounding, they sound just like a suped up rice burner. Dose anyone else feel the same way as I do on this topic, or is it just me?

I am glad I am not alone! I thought they would have come up with better sounds for GT4. I have my fingers crossed for GT5.

Sometimes when I am driving muscle cars, I will turn the volume way up, and crank the bass. It helps a little bit.

The rumble at very low RPM can be cool indeed :) . Some race cars are really nice in the 1-2OOO RPM range

btw , to prevent being flamed by some frustrated members , try the edit button , so you don't double post . Some people find that very annoying. . .
Cheers !

This has also been discussed a lot of times before, but whatever. I hate it too. I was incredibly pissed when I put a racing exhaust on my '64 GTO and I suddenly lost half my cylinders :ouch: The SRT-10 sounds AMAZING coming out of the pits fully upgraded though, I don't know why they couldn't model the V8s correctly. Maybe someone needs to take them to a drag strip or classic trans am race ;)

Welcome to GTPlanet, but please take some time to look around the site and see what topics have been covered already. Most of the threads you've started today have already been discussed at great length.

We'd prefer you add your thoughts to an existing discussion rather than cluttering the boards with repeat topics. Thanks.
