Im a new member to gtplanet, and really want to get in on some of these online events. But it seems that all the posts are of events that are already done. how do i get in on these events?
im not sure which events you have come across that seemed to be over with, but there are normally several that are quite active. just have a look in the race events forum (the one you posted in), and normally the ones with the most recent posts are still going, and will have some participants.
as an example of how to join an event at the right time: if the thread indicates that it takes place at :00 and :30, you should watch the in-game clock and when the minute hand is at the hour or half-hour, and the second hand is at the zero mark, join the event right then and you should be placed with others from gtplanet.
as of now, i believe the dutch customs daytona event, and a couple of fuji events are some of the most active races. i will be joining one of those in a little while
