Tower Turn 13 Messages 3,587 Apr 13, 2011 #5 The NAT type was a problem with my friend and I trying to race in my lounge. Not compatible . This also sometimes just happens when my connection slows. I exit, reset the connection and restart the game. Then it's all good

Your PS3 in in your Network DMZ or Your PS3 has the correct ports forwarded and you have UPnP enabled. You should have a NAT Type of 2 or 1. If you have all these things correct, then you should have little to no issues with online play.
