Error 0xc000007b

Hello,

PCars 2 doesn't start anymore. I always get that error message.
Uninstalled it again and again and re-installed it twice, with no success.
I checked all the NET.Frame and DirectX versions but Windows 10 tells me
everything is alright. Done the STEAM-check to see if any files were missing.

Anybody here who has the final trick to make PCars2 running again for me.
 
Can you recall the last thing that changed before it stopped working?
 
I build myself a new PC 2 month ago and since that time PCars2 doesn't run anymore.
 
New build? Hmm I would suspect firmware or driver issues maybe - have you installed latest and greatest direct from manufacturers (motherboard etc) or just gone with what Windows update says?
