Error 80028ED6

I started my PS3 up tonight and signed into PSN, I put Fifa 09 in and started it up, while the game was loading I got an alert saying "You have been signed out of Playstation Network" and got the error code 80028ED6. When I quit out of the game I got another alert saying "Signed In".

I tried another game and another PSN username and keep having the same problem and getting the same error code (80028ED6). Does anyone know what might be wrong?
