Since a week i had a problem with my PSN connection. It was impossible to stay in an online room playing GT5 more than a few 1/2 hour and lately just any seconds.
Signing out of PSN with this message:
"error 8002A524 - System memory low"
I could fix this annoying problem in a few minutes following this process.

I chose the option 3
Restore File System
This will rewrite the files the PS3 uses to boot. This feature will help if files have become corrupted and are not allowing the console to boot as normal. This should not erase any of your saved data or settings
Problem fixed , it work perfectly again.
