Error: CE34878-0 / GT7 does not start anymore

Hello everyone,

my game crashed yesterday during a restart of Master A3 Licence. Afterwards I turned the PS4 off as normal. Today I tried to start GT7 and once I did everything freezes and got the above mentioned error code after around a minute.

I tried to deinstall and redownload, but that doesnt work either. Same error just after the first 15 GB are downloaded.

I guess I have to buy a PS5 then (I have the 25th Anniv Edition on disc). Is it possible to resolve this?

I think that one is related to the hard drive. If you have a spare external drive lying around you could try installing the game to that. If it runs properly you'll know then where the issue lies.
